Terms and Conditions

1. By payment of the reservation deposit, the client agrees to and shall be bound by our terms and conditions.
2. Upon arrival of your stay the balance of the entire booking must be paid or proof of payment by EFT before arrival was done.
3. Only guests who booked will be allowed in the units.
4. The units are not cleaned during the stay and is self-catering.
5. Special wipes and towels are provided to remove make-up. 
6. The value of any damages and/or losses (accidental or otherwise) caused by the guests will be the responsibility of the guest.
7. All damages and/or losses must be declared and paid for prior to departure.
8. Staying at Ashaanas is entirely at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any damage or injury to your person, and your property.
9. No pets allowed.
10. No children under 7 years old.
11. Non-smoking in the units and the undercover parking area.
12. Noise levels to be reduced from 22:00 to 06:00.
